DIETARY SUGGESTIONS FOR SPLEEN YANG DEFICIENCY


When people with Spleen Qi Deficiency eat cold foods or their system is otherwise exposed to cold, their condition may deteriorate into Spleen Yang Deficiency. Symptoms include: abdominal pain that is relieved with heat, poor appetite, desire for warmth, aversion to cold, watery diarrhea. It sometimes can cause leukhorea (vaginal discharge) and edema.
