Martial Arts Training

One aspect of maintaining a healthy mind and body is regular exercise. The Center for Traditional Asian Health currently provides instruction in two martial styles with different focuses: Yang-style Taiji for a relaxing, low-impact workout; and Wing Chun Kung Fu for self-defense.

In addition, depending on time and interest, we will also cover Qigong basics, including deep breathing and an internal style of martial arts known as Water Fist.
